Jeremy Paul Nolasco RMT
It wasn’t long after Jeremy first started seeing a massage therapist that he knew a career in massage therapy was for him. His RMT not only treated his symptoms, but he took the time to learn about him, his habits and his history to try to figure out the root of the cause of his issues. His RMT also taught him home care stretches, exercises, as well as preventative measures to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment and to minimize the chances of re-injury. That is the type of massage therapist Jeremy strives to be.
Working as a Dementia Unit Coordinator and Activities Coordinator at a senior’s home for the past decade, Jeremy has always extended a helping hand to those in most need of it. Jeremy has an extensive background in athletics; He has been part of various competitive and recreational leagues in the Lower Mainland for Basketball, Softball, Hockey, and Tennis.
In addition to his passion of helping people of all athletic levels meet, maintain, and excel their performance goals, it is important to him to work with a wide variety of patients with an array of treatment needs to maintain their activities of daily living.
Jeremy graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 3000-hour program and is experienced with relaxation massages, tendonitis, headaches, sprains, strains, TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy, and more. He uses a combination of Swedish techniques, myofascial release, trigger point release, muscle energy techniques, and joint mobilizations. He continues to learn and expand on his techniques through numerous courses.
